2.1 Overview
FJ8037 is an economical high-performance contactless smart integrated circuit (IC) launched by Shanghai Feiju Microelectronics Co., Ltd. It is specially designed for applications such as retail customer cards, access control, transportation, event ticketing, and authentication. The chip features security, privacy protection, and strong resistance against attacks to achieve excellent balance. It also has the capability of activating by mobile device baseband, allowing users to perform WiFi pairing, membership joining, and more.

2.3 Memory Structure

⚫ 4 pages of factory-programmed memory (CC), with one-time programmable (OTP) access bits
⚫ Memory protection includes counters, lock bits, OTP bits, and CC bits
⚫ Preprogrammed Capability Container (CC) compliant with NFC Type 2 Tag specification
⚫ The first 16 pages are individually lockable
⚫ From page 16 onward, each two-page group can be permanently locked
⚫ Configurable AES authentication for read/write protection with optional retry limits
⚫ Configurable access rights for different memory segments, suitable for internal storage
⚫ Built-in ECC signature, supports user-defined and permanent locking

⚫ Each group of data can be locked individually, supporting up to 512-bit data blocks
